Poppy Seed Chicken

4 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken
8 oz. sour cream
set aside

1 box rice a roni
cook according to directions (leave a little soupy)
grease bottom of casserole dish with butter
cover bottom with rice.
Top with chicken topping.

Topping:
1 roll of ritz crackers
1 tbs. poppy seed
1/4 cup melted butter
